What is M.A.G.S.?
We are a friendly parent support group for gifted education in GMSD. Our events are designed to help parents learn more about gifted education and build positive relationships with school personnel so that we can help talented children and teens flourish. Come check us out!

We now meet in the GMIS Cafeteria. It is on the ground floor on the “pool side” of the Intermediate School. Park in the large parking lot (entered from Governor's Drive) and enter the doors to the left side of the cafeteria / playground - the doors will be unlocked.
Meeting Schedule
Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month from 7:00 – 8:30 pm, unless otherwise noted. Come early (we open the door at 6:30) or stay late to get to know other parents and share stories. Parents of gifted students in GMSD are invited to attend any meeting, whether or not you are a voting member.
Dues are Due! Why Join?
Download the 2011-2012 membership form here and bring it to a meeting. Your dues help us sponsor guest speakers and children’s programs and cover our very minimal operating costs. More members means more events and initiatives. Help us help you and your child.
